it's very simple: she jumped and i took the photo from a very low position, just some centimetres above the water :).

was she standing in the water or on that strip of land? the image looks like she would be jumping from in the water, but there are no ripples.

no, she was standing on the land behind the water that's why you can't see any ripples ;).

that makes sense. the illusion makes it seem like the strip if much farther away and that she's floating over the water. great photo!
